NC Associates is looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Liverpool office. You will play a key role in developing client relationships, managing candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, while enjoying support from an experienced leadership team and a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Duties
  • Building and developing strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors
  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities through proactive business development
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high-quality candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
  • Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of roles and candidates
  • Delivering against agreed targets and KPIs
  • Representing NC Associates professionally in the Liverpool market
