NC Associates is looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Liverpool office. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a successful career in a high-performance, supportive environment. While we have a strong focus on Accountancy & Finance recruitment, we work across multiple sectors, and candidates from any background will be considered.
You will play a key role in developing client relationships, managing candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, while enjoying support from an experienced leadership team and a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Duties- Building and developing strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities through proactive business development
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high-quality candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
- Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of roles and candidates
- Delivering against agreed targets and KPIs
- Representing NC Associates professionally in the Liverpool market
To be successful in your application you MUST have the following:
- Previous recruitment or sales experience advantageous but not essential
