NC Associates are working exclusively with a long established property organisation based in Liverpool to assist in recruiting a Service Charge Accountant on a permanent basis.
As a Service Charge Accountant you will take full ownership of the Service Charge duties from start to finish managing a portfolio of clients.

- Service Charge Accountant Duties
- Completion of service charge reconciliation’s Service Charge Audit Journal Adjustments
- Maintain Service Charge Budget tracker
- Maintain customer on accounts and apportionments
- Ensure RICS best practice guidelines are achieved
- Monitor Budget v’s Expenditure
- Monitor void liabilities
- Process customer balancing charges and supporting documents Monitor Cash-flow/funding
- Customer query resolution
- Develop and maintain active communication both with the wider Property Team and all internal departments
Essential Experience Required
- Previous experience working within a similar role as a Service Charge Accountant is essential
- Proven Service Charge Reconciliation experience RICS guidelines
- Strong communication and organisational skills Strong Time Management Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of business processes and procedures
- Self-motivated A pro-active attitude to conduct frequent face-to-face customer meetings
- Strong attention to detail
