NC Associates are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join a well-established and reputable organisation based in Wythenshawe. As the Credit Controller, you will assist the finance team in managing and improving credit control activities, ensuring that payments are collected promptly and allocated correctly.

Credit Controller Responsibilities:

  • Raising and importing of sales invoices
  • Proactively reducing aged debt, via phone, email, and letter
  • Identify areas for improvement, relating to systems and processes
  • Reconcile customer accounts to resolve any customer queries relating to their accounts
  • Post and allocate cash to customer accounts
  • Reviewing credit limits
  • Resolve customer queries relating to billing discrepancies

Credit Controller Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a credit control role
  • Strong Excel user
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
