NC Associates are working in partnership with a growing international consumer products business to recruit a Marketplace Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious e-commerce professional to join a highly commercial and fast-paced team where you will play a key role in driving marketplace growth across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for someone with strong Amazon marketplace experience who enjoys combining operational ownership, digital optimisation, and data-led commercial decision-making.
Marketplace Specialist Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimising marketplace listings across Amazon UK and European channels
- Working closely with internal teams to improve SEO, A+ content, product visibility, and conversion performance
- Leading A/B testing across titles, product imagery, and descriptions to improve customer engagement and sales growth
- Supporting marketplace growth across additional digital channels including TikTok Shop and social commerce platforms
- Monitoring marketplace account health, performance metrics, and resolving listing or policy issues
- Managing inventory visibility, buy box performance, and stock availability to reduce lost sales
- Utilising systems such as Linnworks to support marketplace integration and operational efficiency
- Producing marketplace demand analysis and reporting to support forecasting and supply chain planning
- Supporting key promotional campaigns including Prime Day, Black Friday, and peak seasonal trading
- Using AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency, content development, and reporting
- Working cross-functionally with supply chain, commercial, marketing, and product teams
Marketplace Specialist Experience Required:
To be successful in your application, you should have the following experience:
Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience within Marketplace Management, E-commerce, or Digital Trading
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
- Experience managing and optimising online product listings
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketplace and sales performance data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to driving growth
Desirable:
- Experience using Linnworks or similar marketplace integration systems
- Exposure to TikTok Shop or wider social commerce platforms
- Experience with marketplace tools such as Helium 10 or similar keyword/competitor tracking software
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
