Job Role: Process Operator

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm / 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Capacity of role: Permanent position

Our client is a leading manufacturer currently recruiting for a Process Operator to join their busy production facility.

This is a pivotal position within their production process, ensuring the facility operates safely and efficiently. Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main duties include:

1. Manufacturing, drying, and packaging materials
2. Operating equipment
3. Monitoring equipment
4. Reporting issues or defects to management
5. Working to production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment and dispatch of customer orders

Candidate Attributes:

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs or 1-2 years experience in the chemical manufacturing industry
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Office 365
• Understanding of hazards and safety protocols when working with potentially hazardous chemicals
• 3-5 years experience in an industrial production environment
