Galaxy personnel are currently recruiting for a Civils Supervisor / Working Foreman who specialise in utilities projects and groundworks projects across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising groundworks, drainage, planned works, watermains and more.
- Managing teams.
- Liaising with the Manager regarding any potential issues.
- Assisting Coordinators with the team's workload; keeping updated on completed works.
- Ensuring that teams are working within guidelines and safety standards.
- Supervising surfacing gangs and traffic management staff.
- Regular project meetings, programming of works and updating information.
- Ensuring all works meet client requirements and specifications.
You should ideally have previous supervisory experience, SSSTS/SMSTS, and Gold CSCS.
Pay rate negotiable starting on £26.00ph.
