About the Company

nbm are recruiting for an Associate Director to work in either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office. The role itself will involve managing client relationships, assisting with management duties of a PQS practice, managing a team of QS's at various levels, acting on behalf of the company in either a Quantity Surveying or Employer's Agent role. Sectors in which we work include residential, hotels and leisure, education, industrial, public buildings, commercial and office fit out.

About the Role

The projects which you will be working on and overseeing will generally be across Scotland with a large focus in the central belt.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships
  • Assisting with management duties of a PQS practice
  • Managing a team of QS's at various levels
  • Acting on behalf of the company in either a Quantity Surveying or Employer's Agent role

Qualifications

Relevant educational background in Quantity Surveying or related field

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Quantity Surveying practices

Preferred Skills

Experience in residential, hotels and leisure, education, industrial, public buildings, commercial and office fit out sectors.
