What You'll Do: To start your career with NBe Brokers, you will be working as part of our Customer Service team. Day-to-day you will have the following focuses as you work to develop your skills:

  • Taking incoming calls from current customers
  • Assisting customers with insurance renewals or adjustments
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of customer records
  • Reaching out to customers to follow up on any outstanding tasks
  • Providing appropriate, clear and honest advice
  • Working efficiently across departments to provide the most appropriate assistance for the customer
  • Working towards and completing your apprenticeship work in order to achieve your qualification

Training Outcome: The right candidate will be able to stay with the company as a permanent member of staff following completion of the apprenticeship. Further opportunities may arise to move into different departments and progress as the company grows.
