Job Description
Assists Supervisor and other Legal team members with contract drafts, contract reviews, and all areas of contracting process. Processes contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the applicable Contracts Policies. Assists with filing contracts and tracking contractual obligations after execution. Updates and manages in-house knowledge database. Research laws and regulations (topics including, but not limited to alcoholic beverages, state and federal aviation, gift cards, and other issues as required).

Major Responsibilities
- Assists Supervisor in drafting and revising non-disclosure agreements, scopes of work, master purchase agreements for foods and beverages, concessionaire agreements, leases, and other related contracts. Routes contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution. As needed, prepares amendments and extensions of contract documents in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Verifies and researches laws and regulations as they pertain to alcoholic beverages, state and federal aviation, and gift cards. Tracks compliance with applicable regulatory matters and maintains internal knowledge database.
- Maintains contract files, document control, and retention of files, and provides client training with assistance from Supervisor.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
