Job Description

Responsible for creating and executing creative content, direction, and quality for assigned projects, enhancing guest experiences. This includes establishing the creative story, collaborating with IP holders, and directing project deliverables to align with the creative intent. Works with the Art Director, Show Producer, and project team to develop and realize the creative vision, ensuring it meets project objectives.

Qualifications

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative development of projects that impact guest experience, exploring multiple options to determine the best direction.
  • Oversee the execution of all project elements to ensure alignment with guest experience and quality standards.
  • Maintain the project\’s creative vision, inspiring the team and evolving the story as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Show Producer to drive the creative design through all project phases.
  • Present project concepts, content, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with the Show Producer to secure talent and resources.
  • Coordinate with partners, licensors, and IP owners as needed.
  • Follow Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor\’s degree in Theater, Art, Film, or Architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Experience in art direction or production design, especially in designing experience-based entertainment for theme parks or related fields, or equivalent experience.
