- Work with Marketing to track cost savings and ensure POs and invoices are raised on a timely basis.
- By-title variance analysis on all budget lines.
- Submit Territory Contribution Reports and ensure they are kept up to date and in line with marketing Adpub thresholds.
- Maintain weekly reporting data for SMT.
- Ensure accuracy of all Box Office data reported by Rentrak.
- Quarter End: Prepare schedules required for Quarter close: rental accruals, open PO accruals, title allocations, rebate accruals, and any others as required.
- Liaise with the Controllership Analyst to ensure all postings are made correctly and the quarterly accounts are accurately presented.
- Line manage our finance intern and work together/delegate appropriately from the above workload.
- Support EMEA/International distribution team with ad hoc analysis.
- Work with International Finance to roll out any new or best practice UK processes to other territories.
- Lead FP.
