    This role’s will be responsible for projects across Hayu, EMEA Networks & Int’l DTC EMEA brands, including Universal+ and NBCUniversal’s streaming service, Peacock.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Plan and lead complex large scale, cross functional projects across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with the teams across Hayu, EMEA, Networks & DTC.
  • Take lead on key partner/supplier relationships in relation to the Projects (e.g. IMO, Accedo, Merapar, CTS) and work closely with the relevant Project Managers and Product Owners.
  • Ensure management of scope is clearly defined in collaboration with relevant project stakeholders.
  • Compile and report on all projects to SLT.
  • Host a monthly forum to update the wider business stakeholders on Project statuses.
  • Work with Senior Business Ops leadership to move forward key strategic initiatives.
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation plans, project risks and issues, escalating any threats or opportunities to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Able to identify and work with Management on prioritization of critical project outcomes.
  • Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders to communicate scope or milestone changes clearly to ensure buy in throughout the organisation; stakeholders include (but are not limited to) Development teams, Product Team, Business Ops & Strategy, Finance, Tech Ops, Programming, Creative, Commercial, Marketing & Legal.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and other affiliates as required.
  • Ensure any change initiatives are implemented and integrated into the overall project plan as necessary.
  • Ensure that project planning covers all stages of the project lifecycle in collaboration with other departments.
  • Define and implement project governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities that ensure project reports are produced in a timely manner to all level of stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures.
  • Be passionate about delivering projects on time and to budget.
  • Provide a single, transparent view, of progress, risks, issues and constraints.
  • Experience working across a broad range of territories with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

Basic Requirements:

  • Project Management experience with a background in a creative media or DTC organisation.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing and relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate across time-zone and cultures.
  • A deep understanding of project /programme management challenges and methodologies, particularly when applied to agile environments.
  • A broad knowledge of product and commercial priorities.
  • Autonomous and responsible for delivering agreed tasks.
  • Can think strategically and tactically about product, technical and cross-functional issues.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
  • Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and within a prescribed budget.
