Business Segment: Universal Products

Lead contract management for assigned territories/categories, including status meetings and escalation handling; Ensure accurate deal entry in CRM, compliance with guidelines, and proper documentation through to execution; Oversee customer creation and deal reconciliation in RSG, including fully executed deals; Monitor and track contract renewals to ensure timely execution.

Systems, Reporting

Resolve accounting-related deal entry issues in coordination with Finance and Controllership; Develop and enhance reporting tools to support decision-making; Issue customs letters and other required documentation for executed deals.

Operations

Collaborate with Coordinators to ensure timely completion of daily revenue-related tasks and projects.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience with Consumer Products, Games, Publishing businesses strongly desired
  • Experience with a royalty-based business preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid background with systems, policy setting, and processes
  • Ability to produce accurate, fit‑for‑purpose reports from system data
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • Excellent data analytical skills

  • Previous experience with contract management systems preferred

This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
