  • You're currently an undergraduate studying at University and returning to full time education in Autumn 2028
  • You're looking to gain work experience after completing your A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

  • Be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 5th July 2027 - Friday 21st July 2028
  • Be able to work in NBCUniversal's Central London office on-site four days per week

The Creative Services team is an integral part of the Universal International Pictures Operations department. Working in partnership with Creative, Marketing, Media and local market teams, we are responsible for the production, localisation, management and delivery of marketing assets across UPI's film slate. As a Creative Services Intern, you will support the team's day-to-day operational and administrative functions, helping to ensure projects, assets and workflows run smoothly across multiple stakeholders and territories. This is an operations focused role that provides valuable insight into the delivery of global film marketing campaigns by:

  • Assisting in the maintenance of PUMA, our in-house asset management system
  • Supporting the team in raising purchase orders, recording costs and dealing with billing queries
  • Assisting with central localisation of assets; transcribing trailers, distributing audio dubbing materials, collating subtitle translations and compiling finishing deadlines.
  • Assisting with adhoc projects such as research, creating presentations and organising events.
  • You will also provide general administrative support to our VP as well as maintaining our distribution lists and responding to quires from local markets.
    Strong numeracy skills are essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Excellent IT skills and familiar with Microsoft office suite
  • Self-starter and fast learner who is able to work collaboratively and independently.
