The Coordinator - Contract Management is a key member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) team, responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle across specific territories and/or product categories. This role reports to the Manager - Contract Management. The Contract Management team works across functions and shepherds deals from the pitch phase all the way through final execution and payment. The team works closely with Category, Finance, Legal, Controllership and IT to streamline the deal process and assist where necessary to maintain an efficient deal workflow, from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of projects and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Contract Manager/s in specific territories and/or product categories (as assigned).
- Serve as a super-user for deal and revenue systems (RightsLogic/RSG), assist with providing training and support to internal teams.
- Oversee customer creation and contact updates in the relevant systems, and other system related tasks to ensure accuracy of information.
- Assist with deal reconciliation in RSG to ensure accuracy for downstream processes.
- Assist with issuing customs letters, and other Legal documents as appropriate for executed deals within the assigned territory/ies.
- Resolve accounting-related deal entry queries in coordination with Finance and Controllership.
- Run status reports and other ad hoc reports as needed.
- Filing of key documents; and contribute to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives, such as maintaining Licensing Guidelines.
Commercial awareness and curiosity together with experience in a Consumer Products business (minimum 2 years experience). Previous experience with contract management systems preferred. Excellent data analytical skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Strong communication & presentation skills. Advanced MS office skills (including Excel). Exceptional time management and organizational skills, coupled with a proactive and self-driven approach.
