Key Responsibilities:
- Leadtechnical delivery of projects
- Act as Principal Designer – Building Regulations and CDM - on projects
- Participate in Firmwide Delivery strategy and initiatives
- Review UK regulatory and CDMcompliance

- Technical strategy anddetailing
- Document Quality Control / Quality AssuranceProtocols

- Significant and demonstrabletechnicalarchitecturaldeliveryexperienceintheUK
- Qualified Principal Designer
- Experience in negotiating contract Scope and Deliverables
- Experience in writing and coordinating constructionspecifications
- ExperienceworkingoncomplexprojectssuchasHealthcareandScience&Researchinallphasesof design
- Strongexperienceexecutingtechnicaldetailingpackagesandleadingteamsinthisprocessfromdesign conceptonwards
- StrongknowledgeofbuildingregulationsandUK/Europeanstandards
- Experience working collaboratively with a diverse consultantteam
- Excellentcommunication,interpersonalandleadershipskills,effectiveclientandconsultantrelationship skillsandabilitytocollaborativelyworkwithdiverseteamsofdesigners
- Provenabilitytoleadinmulti-packagedeliveryenvironmentwithtighttimeframes
- Affinity with working in open, collaborativeenvironments
- Interest in mentoring staff of alllevels
- Proficiency in Revit and NBS Create
- Some international experience aplus
- Design and Build experience, building long term relationships with Contractor and Clients
