Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive/ Solicitor

NBB Waldrons is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer /Licensed Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Executive/ Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters within a supportive and well-established team. About the Role You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include: Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters Keeping clients regularly updated throughout their transaction Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties Progressing files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements and firm procedures Building strong client and professional relationships through excellent service delivery This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their long-term career within a growing and ambitious Residential Property team. About You We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and client-focused with previous residential conveyancing experience.
