Business Services Team We are looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused Legal Secretary / Paralegal to join our Telecommunications Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a busy workload and being at the heart of a successful legal team. You will play an important role in supporting our fee earners while acting as a key point of contact for clients, helping to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently. Whether you are an experienced Legal Secretary looking to broaden your responsibilities or a Paralegal seeking a varied support role, wed love to hear from you. About the Role As a Legal Secretary within our Telecoms team, your responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact for clients and providing exceptional client care. Managing telephone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular communication. Supporting fee earners with the preparation and management of legal documents. Maintaining accurate electronic files. Managing diaries, meetings and key deadlines. Assisting with matter administration, billing and document management. Liaising with clients, third parties and colleagues to progress matters efficiently. Providing general administrative and legal support across the department. About You Were seeking someone who is: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner. Able to build rapport quickly and deliver outstanding client service. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Proactive, dependable and able to use their initiative. A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and clients. Ideally, youll have: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, Paralegal or in a similar professional services role. Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience working in a legal environment would be advantageous.
