Housing Officer Reference: HO/09/26 We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need. We have recently expanded our operations in Belfast to over 1200 properties and we currently employ over 50 staff. We wish to recruit suitably qualified person for the following positions: Reporting to the Housing Manager The jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of housing management operation including allocations, rent and void management, antisocial behaviour and assist the Association to achieve its core aims and objectives. The successful candidate must have: 3rd Level education or equivalent OR a minimum of 2 years experience within the last 7 years in a similar role A minimum of 1-year experience within the last 5 years in a similar role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Computer Literacy: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook The post is a full-time post with the following benefits: Salary £35,570 - £41,177 Generous optional contributory pension scheme currently at employer contribution of 15.5% 23 days annual leave pa rising to 28 after 5 years service 12 customary holidays Birthday Leave Occupational sickness scheme Private Healthcare option Excellent work and family friendly policies Employee assistance programme Hybrid working arrangement Flexitime scheme 37 hours per week: Mon-Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4.30pm Closing Date 12.00 noon on Monday 28th TPBN1_NI
