We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need. We have recently expanded our operations in Belfast to over 1200 properties and we currently employ 50 staff. We wish to recruit a suitably qualified person for the following post:

The post holder will be required to manage and progress all housing development opportunities on behalf of the Association in accordance with the DfC Housing Association Guide and under the direction of the Development Manager. This is a full-time permanent post working 37 hours per week.

The successful candidate must have:

Essential Qualifications:
  • 3rd Level education in a property related discipline e.g. building/construction, housing or development related OR
  • A minimum of 1 year relevant experience (within the last 5 years) in housing, construction or a development environment
Essential Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year relevant experience (within the last 5 years) in a related field, including experience in the following areas:
  • Contract management
  • Project management
  • Procurement
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Residential design
  • Site identification and feasibility assessments
  • Negotiating land purchases

The post is a full-time post with the following benefits:

37 hours per week: Mon-Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4.30pm
