Job Title: Welder/Fitter/Fabricator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various welding techniques and possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints. As a Welder/Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal components to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks according to project specifications

  • Be able to weld stainless , mild steel and ideally aluminium
  • Assemble metal parts using Power tools and Hand tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of metal components
  • Utilize Basic maths skills to measure and cut materials accurately
  • Fabricate and weld sheet metal components with precision
  • Inspect welded structures to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Welder/fabricator or similar role
- Proficiency in Stick welding, assembly, and welding techniques
- Familiarity with various Power tools and Hand tools
- Strong understanding of Basic maths for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of working with Sheet metal materials
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Good attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
