We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices. Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning of menus and meal presentations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages.
- Help train new kitchen staff in cooking techniques and safety procedures.
- Participate in the development of new recipes and menu items.
