The Role
We are seeking to recruit an experienced lawyer (Solicitors or Legal Executives) with approximately 3‑5 years PQE, though other levels of experience will be considered. The right person will take over a caseload mainly consisting of fast‑track and multi‑track RTA files (many of which will include credit hire claims). The candidate will work within the Litigation Team with a group of experienced litigators. Support will be available, but the right candidate will work independently and manage their own case load. The candidate should be commercially aware and able to reach achievable bonus targets. They should have excellent communication and client‑management skills. There will be scope for training and ongoing professional development. The firm is expanding into other areas and progression opportunities outside the area of personal injury may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Run a litigated personal injury caseload with minimal supervision.
- Extensive knowledge of the CPR.
- Good communication skills and customer focused.
- Experience of Proclaim is beneficial.
