As a Store Colleague at JD Group, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience, maintain the store’s visual standards, and support sales and operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
- Use in‑store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay fresh and on‑brand.
- Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
