Role Overview
This Christmas, we’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Store Colleagues to join our team and help deliver a magical shopping experience for our customers.
At JD Sports, you’ll do more than just work the festive season — you’ll be part of a fast‑paced, supportive team, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career beyond the holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy Christmas period.
- Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
- Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe environment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, team focused retail environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.
Desirable Attributes
- Positive, welcoming attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
- Team player mindset, especially during peak festive trading hours.

Requirements
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
- Availability to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New year’s Eve & New year’s Day.
