Kingsway Logistics is seeking a Lead Technician for the Control Room to act as a technical expert and escalation point for incidents affecting the Logistics network at Kingsway and beyond. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, Planning, Stock Integrity and other teams to maintain system availability and performance.
The role involves:
- Inputting into daily picking plans
- Supporting across WMS systems
- Contributing to design and testing of software changes
