Key Responsibilities- Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.- Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.- Maintaining high standards of customer service.- Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.- Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.- Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.- Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.- Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.- Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required. Skills & Experience- Ability to adapt approach and communication style to different people and situations.-. Ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues.- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.- Ability to work collaboratively.- Willingness to learn new skills and follow company processes and procedures.
