Location: Kingsway Distribution Centre
Hours: 46 Hours per Week, 4 Shifts on, 4 Shifts Off

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all security policies are complied with and enforced across the site.
- Perform physical site patrols to prevent unauthorised access and prevent the appropriation of company assets.
- Adhere to all company policies and ensure best working practice is achieved within the health & safety guidelines.
- Perform staff searches in line with current policies/procedures.
- Operate high-tech security equipment in line with current policies/procedures.
- Monitor and analyse CCTV footage in line with current policies/procedures.
- Maintain an excellent level of professionalism and be always courteous.
- Greet visitors/contractors/staff and ensure they are all booked in/out as per policies/procedures.
- Ensure supplier vehicles are booked in/out, and check all vehicles are security sealed on arrival and departure.
- Complete incident reports and witness statements where required.
- Check and book out security equipment in line with current policies/procedures.
- Any other reasonable requests in line with the business needs.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- A people, safety, security mindset is essential.
- Able to communicate well with others both written and oral.
- Willingness to form strong relationships within a team is key.
- SIA Licensing is advantageous however not essential.
- Previous security experience desirable but not essential.
- Full training provided.
- Excellent progression opportunities.
