Naylor's Equestrian LLP is seeking a Head of Buying to set and lead the category buying strategy, delivering sustainable growth across store, online and partner channels.

You will be accountable for strategic range direction, trading performance, supplier strategy and governance.

You will lead a high-performing buying team, drive major negotiations, and collaborate with Merch, Planning, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure go‑to‑market readiness and customer obsession.
