Role overview: Working within the Digital Merchandising team, to manage the stock file for the Digital business. Managing the relationship with Warehouse, Studio, Buying & Merchandising teams to deliver high quality product availability across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all stock in the DC is available on all channels and sites as quickly and efficiently as possible using product trackers and intake calendars.
  • Product counts and checking stock ideals as well as formatting the PLU Availability report.
  • Site walks every day to raise any potential issues – broken links, incorrect product descriptions, incorrect imagery or incorrect categorisation/attribution.
  • Attributing lines daily to ensure products are visible and in the correct links to ensure a good customer experience.
  • Circulate restocks daily and update any relevant links.
  • Maintaining the Code Exclusions link.
  • Maintaining the 2 for offers and making sure the offers are executed on site.
  • Circulate New In report and the Intake report weekly.
  • Order product samples and brief product for photoshoots from various teams across the Digital business.
  • Work closely with Core Merchandising and Buyers to get the best out of stock/ranges also attend trade meetings regularly.
  • Assisting the Product Merchandisers in supporting with exclusions and not online lists as well as launches.

Role objectives and KPI’s:

  • Onboarding speed & accuracy.
  • Maintaining product attribution.
  • Build strong relationships across Digital and B&M.
  • Be a key part of identifying issues and helping to resolve them.

Skills and Experience:

  • Good excel skills.
  • A close attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, able to deliver work to a high standard within a deadline.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and good team player.
  • Wider market commercial knowledge (key Periods, Competitors).
