    • Manage the decommissioning of hardware pallets associated with store closures, ensuring all equipment is correctly processed, catalogued, and either returned to stock, recycled, or disposed of in line with policy.
    • Build and prepare hardware pallets for new store openings and refit projects, ensuring all equipment is correctly imaged, labelled, and packed to project specification and timelines.
    • Pick up and action Business-As-Usual IT support requests related to hardware builds and stock, ensuring timely resolution and accurate ticket updates in the IT ticket system.
    • Coordinate the preparation of end-of-life hardware for recycling, including pallet consolidation, data sanitisation checks, and handover to approved recycling partners.
    • Conduct weekly stock counts of IT assets held for the Support function, reconciling physical counts against the asset management system and reporting discrepancies.
    • Conduct weekly stock counts of IT assets held for the Operations function, maintaining accurate records and flagging stock anomalies or shortfalls to the relevant team leads.
  • Stock & Inventory Management

    • Produce and maintain build guides, configuration checklists, and standard operating procedures.
    • Support the wider Tech Operations team with hardware troubleshooting and returns management (RMA process).
    • Log and track all hardware movements and build activity in the relevant ITSM tooling.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve build processes, reduce lead times, and increase efficiency within the warehouse operation.
    • Contribute to projects related to hardware standardisation and lifecycle management.
