Role Overview
The Digital Trade Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day trading performance of the Size? Group eCommerce business. Acting as a key link between multiple digital and commercial teams, this role ensures that campaigns, launches, promotions, and product stories are executed effectively across digital channels to drive sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
The role works closely with CRM, Paid Media, Affiliates, SEO, Content, Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, and Web Merchandising teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maximise commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Trading & Performance
- Support the day-to-day trading of the Size? website and digital channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly trade reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve trading performance and customer experience.
- Support promotional planning and campaign execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a central point of contact between Digital Trading and key business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with CRM teams to align email campaigns with trading priorities and product launches.
- Work with Paid Media and Affiliate teams to ensure campaigns support key trading objectives.
- Partner with SEO and Content teams to maximise visibility of key categories, products, and launches.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Product Launch & Campaign Management
- Support the planning and execution of key product launches, including footwear, apparel, collaborations, and exclusives.
- Ensure launches are reflected accurately across all digital channels.
- Assist in coordinating launch activity with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
- Help deliver seasonal campaigns and commercial initiatives.
- Tracking, reporting, and recommending solutions for slow sellers and low GP% items
Web Merchandising Support
- Work closely with Web Merchandisers to ensure:
- Homepage and landing pages are optimised.
- Product categorisation and navigation support trading goals.
- Product placement aligns with launch priorities and commercial objectives.
- Review onsite customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analysis & Competitor Monitoring
- Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking.
- Monitor competitor campaigns, launches, pricing, and promotional activity.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to the wider team.
- Support reporting on customer behaviour and onsite performance.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience within eCommerce, Digital Trading, Online Merchandising, or a similar role.
- Strong commercial awareness and interest in retail.
- Self‑motivated, able to deliver work to a high standard within a deadline with Good organisation and time‑management skills.
- Confident working with datasets and various reporting tools (eg Excel, Power Bi, Google Analytics, etc)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Desirable
- Experience with Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Shopify, Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of CMS and eCommerce platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, CRM, Paid Media, and Affiliate Marketing channels.
- Interest in fashion, footwear, streetwear, and sneaker culture.
