Overview
Working within the Digital Merchandising team to launch new products onsite. Building strong relationships with the Warehouse, Studio, Buying & Merchandising teams to deliver high quality product availability across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining product trackers to ensure products go onsite quickly and efficiently
- Ownership of product set up and attribution
- Working closely with the wider digital merch team alongside buying and core merchandising to review intake and launch calendars
- Monitoring sales and stock for product launches
- Use analytics tools such as GA, Contentsquare and Power Bi to review product performance
- Identify key products for CRM and Homepage activity
- Use merchandising tools (such as fredhopper) to roll out visual merchandising standards & optimise the customer journey
- Daily Site walks to flag any potential issues - incorrect imagery, broken links, incorrect product descriptions, incorrect category attribution and general housekeeping
- Review new products once they are onsite and ensure they are visible across all relevant touchpoints
- Troubleshooting products that are not online
- Assisting the wider Digital Merchandising team with day to day tasking and adhoc requests

- Approving products in line with time to site expectations and launch dates
- Update daily reports and communicate key information to the wider team
- Build a strong relationship across Digital and B&M teams
- Maintaining product attribution
