At JD Sports, as a Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering the JD experience, supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and ensuring every customer walks away feeling valued. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and help develop a confident, motivated team. Role Overview: As a Floor Manager at JD Sports, you play a key role in driving strong shop-floor performance and delivering the JD service our customers expect. You lead by example — supporting your team, keeping standards high, and ensuring the floor runs smoothly every shift. Working closely with the management team, you help drive sales, boost customer engagement, and maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing store environment.
