Arc is hiring a remote-first Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the customer database, design segmentation and lifecycle programmes, and drive revenue through email, SMS and other owned channels. You will partner with the Head of Revenue to shape the roadmap and measure impact on repeat purchases.
You will build flows, segments and loyalty propositions, collaborating with agency partners to execute campaigns. Reports to Head of Revenue; quarterly in-person meetups in UK/Europe.
