NAXE Logistics Ltd is currently seeking self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers to join its team in Banbury. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic logistics operation. We welcome applicants from all background, like Tesco, Okado, Amazon, FedEx, Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce, Argos, Sainsburyβs, etc.
We Offer:
β Earn Β£130.50 per day (plus VAT if registered), with no additional costs to you. Thatβs up to Β£783 per weekβor Β£939.60/week (VAT included).
β Well-equipped automatic 2024 vans are provided during work shifts
β Fuel and insurance are fully provided
β Weekly pay, 2 weeks in arrears
β Flexible working days, including weekends
β Dedicated on-road support manager
β Routes and parcels pre-sorted, just load and go
β Fully paid induction day
β Performance-related incentive schemes

The Role
β Multi-drop deliveries, parcels of varying size and weight (up to 23kg max)
βSelf-employed sub-contractor basis
β Load your van with your day\βs parcels
β Use GPS technology to locate the correct delivery location
β Use a delivery device to complete deliveries accurately, safely and to required standards
β Maintain a safety-first approach and comply with expected PPE standards
β Able to be proactive in solving problems on the road
Essential requirements
β Right to work in the UK
β Full manual UK/EU driving licence
β Maximum 6 penalty points on licence β no DR, DG, IN or TT endorsement codes
β Licence must have been held for a minimum of 12 months
β Pass a criminal background check.
β Be able to commute to thesite every day
β Applicants must be 21 years or older to drive our vans, as per insurance requirements.
