NAWDO is seeking a Contract Officer to join our busy Waste Management team.
The role is full-time (37 hours per week) on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, focusing on contract development, implementation, performance monitoring, compliance, and driving efficiencies.
You will liaise with contractors, manage KPIs, ensure excellent customer service, and perform data analysis and reporting using the Council's CRM to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
