Company: Navro – Pioneering the Future of Payments

Cross-border workforce payments are slow, expensive, and outdated. Businesses rely on us to pay their people accurately and on time — contractors, freelancers, and employees across the globe. When we say we’ll deliver, failure isn’t an option.

We are transforming payments for global platforms and businesses. As the world’s first payments curation platform, we simplify cross-border transactions by uniting best-in-class infrastructure into a seamless ecosystem, enabling businesses to scale and operate effortlessly across borders.

The Workforce POD is one of our busiest verticals, handling payroll implementation projects across Payroll, EOR and Contractor clients. As volumes grow, we are adding an Implementation Specialist to the team to help us deliver at scale without compromising on quality.

You will join an existing, close-knit team and work in partnership with the Implementation Manager and Solutions Consultant in the Workforce POD. Together you will manage the end-to-end delivery of payroll implementation projects — from client kick-off through to go-live — ensuring every project lands on time and every client feels supported throughout.

You will also work directly with key internal stakeholders across Operations, Treasury, Product and the Vertical Lead to unblock delivery, resolve dependencies and keep projects moving.

Requirements

  • You Own Delivery – From kick-off to go-live, you are central to making sure projects land. You track every milestone, chase every dependency, and flag every risk before it becomes a problem.
  • You Drive Clients Forward – You set clear expectations, hold clients to commitments, and push for decisions without creating friction. When something is blocked, you unblock it.
  • You Keep Things Moving – Monday.com is your command centre. Salesforce is your record of truth. Both are current, accurate, and useful — because you make them so.
  • You Work Across the Business – Ops, Treasury, Product, the Vertical Lead — you know who to call, when to call them, and how to get what you need without slowing anyone down.
  • You Thrive in Ambiguity – Navro is a scale-up. The playbook isn’t always fully written. Priorities shift. You adapt, you structure your approach, and you get on with it.
  • You Take Initiative – You spot what needs doing and you do it. You don’t wait to be told.

Implementation at Navro follows five stages: Design, Plan, Implement, Ramp and Live. As an Implementation Specialist you will operate across all of these stages alongside the Implementation Manager in your POD.

We are an AI-focused business. We actively use AI tooling to automate repetitive tasks, speed up delivery and free the team to focus on the work that actually requires human judgement. You will be expected to engage with these tools as part of how we work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with the Implementation Manager and Solutions Consultant to manage delivery of payroll implementation projects from kick-off through to go-live.
  • Manage project tasks and milestones in Monday.com, keeping the board accurate and up to date so the team always has a clear picture of where each project stands.
  • Maintain implementation records in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with clients throughout delivery — setting expectations clearly, chasing outstanding data and documentation, and influencing timelines where needed.
  • Coordinate across Operations, Treasury, Product and the Vertical Lead to resolve dependencies and keep delivery on track.
  • Identify risks early, flag them clearly, and work with the team to mitigate them before they become problems.
  • Attend and contribute to client kick-off calls, weekly syncs and project reviews alongside the Implementation Manager.
  • Produce accurate status updates and project documentation for both internal and client-facing audiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Payroll Background – Payroll experience is strongly preferred. A background in payments or financial services is a real plus.
  • Project Ownership – You are comfortable owning a project plan and keeping multiple workstreams moving at the same time.
  • Tooling Discipline – You have used project or CRM tooling in a professional setting. Familiarity with Monday.com and Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Clear Communicator – You communicate clearly with clients and colleagues alike. You can push back professionally, hold people to commitments, and keep things moving without creating friction.
  • Adaptable – You are comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Priorities shift, the playbook is not always fully written, and you need to be able to adapt.
  • Detail-Oriented – You take accuracy seriously — whether that is a project plan, a client update, or a Salesforce record.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with channel partners or multi-party client structures.
  • Exposure to KYB, compliance onboarding, or account setup in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with payments infrastructure, FX corridors, or cross-border payroll flows.
  • A basic understanding of APIs and how they work.
  • Experience with Postman for testing or reviewing API flows.
  • Hands-on experience with Monday.com and Salesforce.
  • Experience using AI tools in a day-to-day work context (Claude, Gemini, Fellow or similar).

Tooling You’ll Work With

  • Monday.com – Project management, task tracking, client milestone boards.
  • Salesforce – Implementation record management, opportunity and account tracking.
  • AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Fellow) – Automating repetitive tasks, meeting notes, internal workflows.
  • Postman – Reviewing and testing API flows with clients or internally.
  • Jira – Raising and tracking technical requests and bugs with Engineering.
  • Confluence – Internal documentation, process guides and delivery playbooks.

Why Navro?

  • Real Ownership From Day One – You will not be running behind someone else’s projects. You will be central to delivery.
  • A Team That Invests in People – You will have experienced colleagues around you and the space to learn and grow.
  • Visible Impact – Your contribution matters and will be recognised in a growing function.
  • Flexibility – UK-based with remote working supported for the right person.

Benefits

  • 26 days of annual leave (excluding Bank holidays)
  • Volunteering & Compassionate leave
  • Maternity and Paternity leave
  • Private Healthcare
  • Company Options Scheme
  • Team socials and annual company off-sites
  • Comprehensive, interactive & engaging Training — Leadership, Communication and Presentation Skills, Behavioural Profiling, Conflict Management, etc.
  • Career frameworks
  • Flexibility surrounding other commitments; within your team we will work around childcare or other appointments.
  • Working in a diverse and inclusive environment where we ensure that our people thrive.
