We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven Client Solutions Specialist to support our sales efforts in the Payroll Payments sector and help shape our growth at the forefront of fintech innovation.
The Role
As a Client Solutions Specialist at Navro, you will be the customer’s trusted technical and product guide. You’ll work closely with them throughout their journey, from the first sales demo to a successful launch. Your mission is to understand their pain points, design comprehensive solutions using Navro’s platform, and prepare the Implementation team for smooth functional integration. You will serve as the customer’s expert voice inside Navro, collaborating with internal teams to share feedback and help shape our product’s future.
Responsibilities
- Perform compelling technical and UI‑based client demos.
- Provide technical and product support to the Sales team to help win new business.
- Work actively on RFIs/RFPs, providing clear, accurate answers.
- Run discovery workshops with prospective clients to understand their use cases and design suitable solutions.
- Create solution designs, API flows, and technical documentation to support the sales and onboarding process.
- Support the Implementation team during client onboarding to ensure success.
- Review customer builds to ensure best‑practice compliance.

- Experience in financial services, fintech, or payments, especially in the payroll payments space.
- Previous experience in a technical support, implementation, or customer‑facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
