Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for people, sales and exceptional service?
We're looking for a Talent Consultant to specialise in the Corporate Guest Services sector, partnering with leading workplace experience providers to identify and place outstanding talent.
Working with clients who deliver a premium reception/concierge/ hospitality service, you'll recruit roles ranging from Receptionists and Workplace Hosts through to Front of House Managers, Guest Services Managers and Client Services Leaders.
Success in this role comes from building networks, developing client relationships, spotting opportunities and establishing yourself as a trusted expert within the Corporate Guest Services market. This is a proactive, sales-led role.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships
- Source, interview and place high-calibre Corporate Guest Services professionals
- Build relationships with decision-makers across workplace experience and corporate hospitality
- Stay close to industry trends, market activity and emerging opportunities
- Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement
- Become a recognised specialist within your sector
About You
- Recruitment, sales, account management or hospitality experience
- Commercially driven and motivated by achieving results
- Confident building relationships and creating new opportunities
- Naturally curious, proactive and well-connected
- Excellent communication and networking skills
