You’ll help even more people discover those opportunities through creative content , candidate attraction campaigns and real‑world engagement . It’s not traditional marketing but it’s a blend of marketing, recruitment and community building .
What you’ll do
- Create social content across TikTok, Instagram and more
- Community Management
- Build relationships with universities, colleges and industry bodies
- Report into the Assistant Marketing Manager
- Represent Off to Work at careers fairs and events
- Support candidate engagement and recruitment activity
- Analyse insights and improve results
- Build automated nurture journeys in our CRM
Who we’re looking for
You might come from marketing , hospitality , events or content creation . You’ll bring enthusiasm, creativity and examples of your content work.
You’ll likely have:
- Some experience in marketing, social media, content creation or recruitment
- Curiosity for new systems (HubSpot ideal)
- Strong organisation and a creative mindset
- Flexibility to travel to universities and events
