Off to work is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, delivering exceptional standards across high-end residential properties in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in premium service environments, ideally from a boutique hotel or luxury hospitality setting, who takes real pride in attention to detail and client experience.

Pay & Conditions

  • £14.50 per hour
  • 30-35hrs per week
  • Monday – Friday only
  • 28 days holiday
  • Christmas and New Year off
  • Must hold a UK driving licence for minimum of 3 years

The Role

  • Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across multiple properties
  • Ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Leading by example with a hands-on approach
  • Liaising with clients and acting as a trusted representative of the business
  • Managing schedules, quality checks, and on-site organisation

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Start time: 8:00am
  • Finish: approximately 3:00pm – 4:00pm
  • 45-minute lunch break daily
  • Two weeks off over Christmas and New Year

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping supervision
  • Background in boutique hotel or high-end hospitality environments preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to go the extra mile
