Off to work is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, delivering exceptional standards across high-end residential properties in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in premium service environments, ideally from a boutique hotel or luxury hospitality setting, who takes real pride in attention to detail and client experience.
Pay & Conditions
- £14.50 per hour
- 30-35hrs per week
- Monday – Friday only
- 28 days holiday

- Must hold a UK driving licence for minimum of 3 years
The Role
- Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across multiple properties
- Ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Leading by example with a hands-on approach
- Liaising with clients and acting as a trusted representative of the business
- Managing schedules, quality checks, and on-site organisation
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 8:00am
- Finish: approximately 3:00pm – 4:00pm
- 45-minute lunch break daily
- Two weeks off over Christmas and New Year
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping supervision
- Background in boutique hotel or high-end hospitality environments preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
