Your Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a team of 12 chefs
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef on menu creation and specials
  • Ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency in service
  • Taking charge in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Managing stock, ordering and maintaining GP targets
  • Overseeing weddings, events and large bookings
  • Upholding food safety and hygiene standards
  • Building strong working relationships with FOH

You’re a skilled Sous Chef (or an experienced junior ready to step up) who thrives in a fast‑paced, fresh‑food environment. We’re looking for:

  • Experience in quality restaurants or gastro pubs
