Good chance to progress into a Head Chef role in the future

We have a lovely Sous Chef role just become available for a site based in Central London. This role is working Monday to Friday on a mix of morning shifts and evening shifts, so flexibility is required for this role. Some days you may work 7am to 3.30pm and other days you may be in from 1pm to 9.30pm.

THIS ROLE IS A SOLO WORKING ROLE MOST OF THE TIME and you will manage a KP and have the support of Company Support Chefs who work when required on events and functions.

The salary is starting at £40,000 for a 40 Hour week with any additional hours taken as Lieu. Catering on a daily basis for events and functions and doing anything from 5 covers to 250 for a canape or buffet event. Sourcing and using sustainable and seasonal British ingredients you will produce good quality dishes that will need to be plated to the highest standard.

The business levels in this role fluctuate during the year so some weeks you may have 3/4 events and other weeks you will have no events. So you may do a few evenings in a week and then if there are no functions on a Friday you could take the day off.

This site opens for 9 months of the year so you will also get the opportunity to work at some other lovely sites in the City as well for parts of the year. Lieu time will cover when the site closes in August and also at Christmas.

Only Chefs currently in the UK with rights to work can be considered for this role.
