Responsibilities
- Work in a kitchen team of about 10 chefs under a supportive Head Chef.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and manage the kitchen daily.
- Run service and lead junior chefs while supporting functions and events in a busy operation.
Qualifications
- Experience in high‑end restaurants, 5‑star hotels, or other high‑end members clubs.
- Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen and contribute to a good work‑life balance.
