Reporting to the Ops Director, this senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high‑profile events across a diverse portfolio of London venues and client sites, including corporate functions, weddings, and large‑scale events.
This is a pivotal position offering real influence over operational standards, team performance, and event execution. You will play a central role in driving consistency, refining processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all events. A hands‑on role, you will take full ownership of event operations—from initial planning through to on‑site execution—while leading and developing a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment. Proven multi‑venue experience is essential; candidates from single‑site roles will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of events across multiple venues and client locations.
- Lead on‑day operations, ensuring seamless execution and high service standards.
- Manage, mentor, and develop Event Managers, Coordinators, and freelance teams.
- Plan & allocate resources, staffing, and logistics across a busy events schedule.
