A great opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to work in this evening role, the core hours are working Monday to Thursday 10am to 8.30pm so you will work 40 hours over 4 days. This means a long weekend every week!

The evening chef will generally work independently and be creative with using up waste and also have some knowledge of various cuisines as our dinner offer varies from Mediterranean, Indian, Asian, and European, among others.

The Senior Chef de Partie will be trained on allergens, ordering systems & will be required to use a laptop for some basic admin duties so you will need some skill in this area and be confident on ordering.

We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie chef ideally within Contract Catering Experience but other experience can be considered. You will be in charge of the service so have the chance to assist on menus and use whatever produce you require. You will prepare all the dishes and then ensure all is closed down correctly with the assistant who will support on this.

You will report into an Exec Chef but very much be working independently so you will need to be comfortable with this set up. We are looking for a senior chef de partie that can demonstrate good stability in previous roles with some length of time in each role.
