We're recruiting a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a well-established boutique hotel in Redhill. Known for delivering exceptional weddings, events, and banqueting experiences, the hotel also operates a busy restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to develop their skills, work across both restaurant and event operations, and progress within a supportive and professional team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Running your section and maintaining high food standards
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service
- Assisting with banqueting, weddings, and private events
- Mentoring junior team members
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards
About You
- Previous Chef de Partie experience, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
