Responsibilities:
- You will lead a team of 4β5 kitchen staff.
- The Head Chef will need experience gained within Contract Catering and have catered for staff dining as well as hospitality / fine dining.
- The restaurant provides 2 hot mains for lunch, a small amount of grab and go and composite salad options.
- There is a small amount of hospitality including buffets, bowl food and some fine dining.
- You will produce around 300β350 covers for lunch each day all prepared from fresh.
Qualifications:
- Previous Contract Catering experience is required.
- Experience in staff dining and fine dining hospitality is essential.
