Responsibilities:

  • You will lead a team of 4–5 kitchen staff.
  • The Head Chef will need experience gained within Contract Catering and have catered for staff dining as well as hospitality / fine dining.
  • The restaurant provides 2 hot mains for lunch, a small amount of grab and go and composite salad options.
  • There is a small amount of hospitality including buffets, bowl food and some fine dining.
  • You will produce around 300–350 covers for lunch each day all prepared from fresh.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Contract Catering experience is required.
  • Experience in staff dining and fine dining hospitality is essential.
