An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and service-led Beverage Manager to join an exclusive members club. Reporting to the senior beverage leadership team, you will oversee all beverage operations across the members club, leading a skilled and energetic bar team in a unique and high-profile hospitality setting. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding member experience across daily service, peak trading periods, and exclusive events.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day beverage operations across multiple bars within the members club
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent, and commercially focused drinks offering
- Train, develop, and motivate the team to maintain exceptional service standards
- Manage stocks, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Monitor and drive customer satisfaction, responding to member feedback proactively
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, events, and wider operations teams to deliver seamless service
- Support and execute premium events and member activations
- Experience in a Beverage Manager or Senior Bar leadership role, in a high-end bar, restaurant, hotel, or members club setting
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and wider beverage trends
- Experience managing stock, inventory systems, and supplier relationships
- Confident leader with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong member-first approach
- Calm under pressure, highly organised, and detail-oriented
